PHOTOGRAPHY & CREATIVE PRODUCTION 

 

Creating high quality BRAND IMAGES takes time and commitment from the client and the production team. The most critical component to create the best possible photography is the production.

 

There are 3 essential stages of production:

• Pre-production

• In Production

• Post-production

PRE-PRODUCTION includes:

​

• Consultation/meetings with the brand/client 

• Creating a suite of Mood Boards to illustrate the results you want to achieve

• Location hunting, best possible environment location for product and images

• Casting Talent: contact model agencies to arrange in-person or virtual castings 

• Shortlist Talent, present options to client, negotiate with agency, book model

• Repeat the same for Stylists, Makeup Artists, Photographers

• Arrange Catering services

• Arrange Transport, if necessary

• Arrange Accommodation, if necessary 

• Preparing Call Sheet for the whole team

 

IN PRODUCTION includes:

 

Time is always precious on production days. It’s essential to make sure everything is organised, so things go smoothly on the day, and the focus is on the photography.

 

• Call team and reconfirm everyone the day before 

• Prepare Location, make sure it is ready to spec.

• Make sure Catering is ready on time

• Assist creative team on the shoot 

• Arrange transport from and to location if required.

 

POST-PRODUCTION includes:

 

• Making sure locations are left as found

• Review and selecting images with the brand/client

• Work with photographer on any specific re-touching or image post-production 

• Make sure all releases are signed and usage rights are in order

• Sending payments to all the talent and suppliers
